Qualifications

• Medical Assistant or Nursing License required.
• CPR, required.
• 2 years of previous experience as a medical assistant or Nurse in a clinical setting required.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office clinic operations across all locations, including staffing, patient flow, visit productivity, EHR documentation, and patient experience.
• Manage nursing staff schedules and monitor daily functions to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and participate in organization leadership meetings.
• Supervise and develop clinical support staff, including onboarding and performance reviews.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of vaccines and patient histories.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist nurse staff as needed; conduct basic office lab testing per CLIA.
