Job summary

ANTHC seeks a Practice Manager to oversee hospital/ambulatory clinic operations, ensuring high-quality clinical care and efficient staff management. You will drive provider relations, communications, and non-provider staff supervision under the guidance of the VP, Service Chief, or Director.

You will also supervise revenue cycle, budgeting, and operational improvements to meet performance targets and ensure patient access to services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare and 3+ years in healthcare operations.
• Experience in managing clinic operations, revenue cycle, and staff.
• Knowledge of Cerner EHR and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and strategic clinic operations to meet goals.
• Staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and VP on recruitment and space planning.
• Manage revenue cycle, budgeting, and financial reporting.
