Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher preferred for Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Experience managing healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily clinical operations.
• Leads morning huddles and staff meetings.
• Oversees daily business operations and budgeting.
• Serves as liaison with Finance to resolve billing issues and reconciles day sheets.
• Oversees inventory, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and implements workflow changes.
• Conducts performance appraisals and oversees hiring and disciplinary actions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field

Associate's Degree with acquired business experience
