Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to join our leading ABA organization in Texas. You will assist the Clinic Manager and leadership with scheduling, EMR administration, and staff coordination, while occasionally providing session coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Clinic Manager and leadership.
• Oversee daily scheduling to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Update EMR records, patient information and timesheets.
• Support treatments sessions as needed.
• Perform office management tasks and maintain records.
• Inform management and compile activity reports.
• Organize and distribute supplies and ensure clinic cleanliness.
• Assist with client onboarding and information.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and training.
• Provide break coverage and transition support for staff.
• Operate according to established standards and applicable laws.
• Contribute to a motivating therapy environment and professional growth.
