Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support daily ABA clinic operations, coordinate RBT staff, and assist families with onboarding and clinic navigation. The role emphasizes safety, schedule accuracy, and professional conduct in a fast-paced, child-focused environment.

You will work closely with the Clinic Manager and Clinical Director to maintain high standards, ensure room readiness, and support staff growth through training and coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, childcare, or ABA settings.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification OR ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• RBT certification OR willingness to obtain within 60–90 days (company supported).
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality; work in a fast-paced, child-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations: open/close procedures, cleanliness, safety, schedules, supplies, logs and compliance.
• Staff Support: scheduling, onboarding of new RBTs, team coordination, staff engagement.
• Client & Family Support: welcoming families, onboarding new clients, answers to questions, smooth transitions between sessions.
• Scheduling & Attendance: monitor daily schedule, cancellations, communicate changes, coordinate make-up sessions.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain materials, certifications, incident reports, HIPAA and safety protocols.
• Safety & Emergency Readiness: assist with drills, stocking emergency supplies, assist during incidents.
• Collaboration With Clinical Team: coordinate BCBA/RBT overlap, meetings with parents, reinforce clinic initiatives.
• Leadership & Professional Conduct: confidentiality, accountability, flexibility to adapt to clinic needs.
