Training Wheels ABA LLC in Austin, TX seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to drive clinic-level operational excellence and partner with the Clinic Operations Manager and regional leadership. This role oversees and coordinates multiple priorities, supports staff and scheduling needs, and ensures compliance and performance improvements across the clinic.

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, ABA, or fast-paced operations.
• Experience supporting or managing clinic or service-based operations.
• Demonstrated leadership managing operational priorities independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open clinic daily following operating hours and prepare for services.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and cover OM when missing.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Coordinate administrative, scheduling, staffing, and workflow processes.
• Monitor operations and address issues affecting staff or clients.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and experience.
• Serve as operational point of contact for staff.
