Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, ABA, or fast-paced operations.
• Experience supporting or managing clinic or service-based operations.
• Demonstrated leadership managing operational priorities independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Open clinic daily following operating hours and prepare for services.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and cover OM when missing.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Coordinate administrative, scheduling, staffing, and workflow processes.
• Monitor operations and address issues affecting staff or clients.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and experience.
• Serve as operational point of contact for staff.
