Job summary

Training-Wheels-Aba in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to drive clinic-level operational excellence and partner with regional leadership. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and efficiency to improve the client and employee experience.

The role requires independent judgment, leadership in the absence of the Operations Manager, and day-to-day support for clinic priorities. Experience in healthcare or ABA environments is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or another fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience supporting or managing clinic, healthcare, or service-based operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to independently manage operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate administrative, scheduling, staffing, and workflow processes across the clinic.
• Monitor clinic operations and address issues affecting staffing, client services, or overall experience.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Represent the clinic in cross-functional meetings and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate withClinical Leadership, HR, and other departments to develop effective solutions.
