Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical setting.

• Current Michigan driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
• Insurable under McLaren’s insurance program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize and implement policies and procedures for clinics and satellite facilities.
• Supervise daily duties of staff in registration, insurance verification and time of service collections.
• Develop department goals and ensure cross-trained staff coverage and productivity.
• Monitor and improve clinical and revenue cycle operations and quality assurance standards.
• Manage department budget and ensure operations stay within budget.
• Analyze daily operations and satellite reports to adjust for variances.
• Prepare fiscal projections and contribute to long-term satellite business plans.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, supplies and patient safety in the department.
