Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical setting.
• Excellent problem solving/interpersonal skills.
• Current Michigan driver's license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
• Insurable under McLaren’s insurance program.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business or health related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and implements clinic policies for assigned clinics and satellites.
• Supervises daily activities of clinic staff and ensures productivity.
• Monitors registration, insurance verification, and revenue cycle processes.
• Develops department goals and manages budgets to stay within funding.
• Analyzes operations data to identify variances and implement improvements.
• Schedules and timesheets, and generates payroll reports.
• Ensures professional and courteous patient and provider interactions per policy.
