Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, practice management, and regulatory standards (OSHA, managed care).
• Experience managing staff, budgets, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and staff.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare billing/coding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all administrative and clinical operations within a single outpatient clinic.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
• Drive operational improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and clinic performance metrics.
• Resolve patient and staff concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the clinic.
• Support strategic initiatives including growth, service enhancements, and operational excellence.
