Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Clinic Manager - OB GYN for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The manager will partner with physicians and leadership to drive clinic operations, manage up to 10 providers, and ensure exceptional patient services while meeting annual financial and operational goals.

The role may oversee multiple sites, require strong leadership, and emphasize quality improvement and staff development to sustain high-quality care across the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Management.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in healthcare management.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations with physicians and senior leadership to meet annual operating goals and align with strategic plan.
• Analyze and manage clinical and non-clinical operations across sites or departments.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for patients within areas of responsibility.
• Manage financial and operational performance, budget development and staffing; engage stakeholders on productivity.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff; provide first-line response to issues with physicians and staff.
• Support strategic initiatives and provide solutions for business operating issues; plan new services or ventures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using QI/PI methods and drive high standards of care.
