Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Clinic Manager - OB GYN for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. You will lead clinic operations, partner with physicians and leadership to achieve annual goals and deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities include overseeing multiple sites or service lines, budgeting, staffing, process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership and a Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations with physicians and leadership to meet annual goals.
• Analyze and manage clinical and non-clinical operations across sites.
• Oversee financial and operational performance, budgeting, staffing, and service excellence.
• Manage staff training, coaching, and performance.
• Drive process improvements using QI/PI methods.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
