Fairfield Community Health Center in Lancaster, Ohio, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the clinic's administrative operations under the CEO. You will oversee provider and staff scheduling, coordinate with the GME residency program, and implement HR policies to improve efficiency.

The role focuses on guiding others, evaluating performance, managing vendors, and ensuring adequate medical supplies. You will supervise administrative staff, plan daily operations, and collaborate with other offices

Responsibilities

• Prepares provider/staff schedules.
• Acts as liaison between FCHC and external vendors.
• Responsible for the medical supply budget and ensures supplies.
• Interviews, selects, and sets orientation objectives for administrative personnel.
• Administers coaching, corrective action, and resource recommendations.
• Oversees daily operations of administrative staff and plans work.
• Attends internal and external meetings and coordinates with other offices.
• Assists with training, competencies, and GME residency collaboration.
• Coordinates OPCWI activities and equipment maintenance.
• Addresses maintenance issues and ensures safety practices.
