Oak Street Health is hiring an Associate Practice Manager to lead a single primary care clinic in Columbus, OH. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, manage daily operations, and drive patient experience and clinical outcomes within our care model.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling efficiency, and collaboration with the Center Medical Director to enhance profitability and patient care. Strong leadership and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Proficient in PC skills and common software
• US work authorization required
• 5+ years supervisory experience preferred in clinical setting
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages a plus
• Experience driving teams to achieve metrics

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of 15+.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and safely day-to-day.
• Provide unmatched patient experience and service recovery as needed.
• Lead implementation of in-clinic operational initiatives and new workflows.
• Oversee patient scheduling and building-related issues in partnership with Facilities.
• Monitor tasks using Oak Street Health software and EMR systems.
