Integrated Services for Behavioral Health seeks an Operations Manager for Fairfield Community Health Center in Lancaster, Ohio. The role oversees administrative operations, staff scheduling, and coordination with external vendors under the CEO's direction to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage HR, budgeting, training, and compliance with FCHC policies while promoting the organization’s mission and values.

Responsabilidades

• Focuses on guiding others in accomplishing work objectives.
• Sets clear performance expectations and objectives and holds others accountable for achieving results.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations and goal setting with staff.
• Prepares provider/staff schedules and coordinates with external vendors.
• Oversees medical supply budget and ensures supplies throughout patient care areas.
• Interviews, selects, and orients new administrative personnel.
• Administers coaching and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensures adherence to organizational policies and safety practices.
• Oversees daily administrative operations and plans schedules for self and others.
• Attends internal and external meetings and communicates with other offices.
