You will partner with the Center Medical Director and leadership to optimize staffing, scheduling, and patient experience, while advancing operational initiatives and maintaining a Great Place to Work culture for our teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
• Proficient PC skills and experience with standard office software.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of 15+ and ensure engagement and culture.
• Ensure patient experience and clinical outcomes meet metrics.
• Implement in-clinic operational initiatives and new workflows.
• Oversee scheduling, facilities coordination and alarm contact.
• Monitor tasks using proprietary software and EMR systems.
