Job summary

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Practice Manager I to join our Clinical Team in Bryson City, NC. This full-time role oversees day-to-day clinic operations, staff scheduling, and budget management under the direction of the Practice Manager II or Director of Practice Operations.

You will work with provider teams to resolve patient flow issues, coordinate training for new employees, and help ensure high-quality patient care across the practice locations. RN or LPN licensure in NC is preferred.

Qualifications

• BRH Mastery level clinical support experience is required.
• RN or LPN licensure in NC is preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan provider and staff schedules, allocate resources to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager II/Director to resolve patient flow issues.
• Address patient and clinic complaints and involve others as needed in resolution.
• Coordinate interviewing and performance feedback for staff; manage vacation schedules.
• Assist with orientation, training, and competency of new employees.
• Monitor and review monthly budget expenditure with leadership.
• Assist in planning annual operating, capital, and training budgets.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and maintain office equipment; pursue cost savings.
