Job summary

UNC Health Blue Ridge in Morganton, NC is seeking an RN Case Manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure seamless transitions across healthcare settings.

A current NC RN license and CPR certification are required. This is a full-time, first-shift role with four 10-hour shifts and generous tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications
