Qualifications

RN or LPN license is required.
BLS Certification is required.
Associate degree or higher in a health-related field; Bachelor's in healthcare administration preferred.
1+ year of supervision experience; 5+ years in healthcare management preferred.
Understanding of mental healthcare and insurance verification.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer software; EMR and practice management software experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial records.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations; ability to follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
Proven track record of managing a successful medical practice; leadership and problem-solving skills.
Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead clinic goals and ensure alignment with performance and operations.
Monitor patient flow, inform patients, reduce wait times, coordinate quality care.
Open/close the clinic and maintain a clean, organized facility.
Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Coordinate patient care, answer questions, and guide through registration.
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Perform follow-up callbacks to past patients for a positive experience.
Handle insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, schedule appointments, collect balances.
Assist with clerical duties like faxing and scanning.
Maintain a neat, clean work environment and professional appearance.
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure positive patient experiences.
Serve as liaison between Patient Services, billing, Center Operations, and Clinical Operations.
Provide oversight for marketing, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
Assist in special projects as assigned.
Oversee materials management, including medications and clinic supplies.
Ensure smooth operation of all practice functions and stay compliant with regulations.
