Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Clinic Manager in Cottonwood, AZ to oversee daily operations of a primary care location and ensure a patient-centered experience.

The role leads both clinical and administrative staff, coordinates scheduling, onboarding, and HR tasks, and ensures proficient use of eClinicalWorks. You’ll work on-site with a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• MA certificate or diploma required.
• Experience in medical office management or clinic leadership required.
• Experience supervising clinical or administrative staff preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and other support team members.
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards, performance, and general HR-related responsibilities.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Ensure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) and support team members with EMR workflows.
• Maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor operational metrics, patient satisfaction, productivity, and overall performance.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for providers, patients, and supporting departments.
• Address and resolve escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Support initiatives designed to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
