• Manage scheduling, reminders, and MyChart activation support to optimize patient flow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation across processes.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to improve access and satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
