Qualifications

• Degree in health care administration or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must successfully pass annual Registration Clerk competency.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates staff schedules across multiple service lines.
• Supervises Registration staff and serves as primary contact for staff.
• Monitors patient experience and addresses complaints across service lines.
• Implements and reinforces policies to ensure patient and employee safety.
• Provides ongoing staff training and development.
• Promotes staff engagement and CHC/SEK culture.
• Communicates clinic services and updates to staff and community partners.
• Ensures facilities are clean, safe, and report maintenance needs.
