Job summary

Harbor Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a Texas clinic site. You will oversee front and back office staff, member experience, scheduling, and clinic workflows to ensure the site runs smoothly for value-based care delivery.

Reporting to clinic operations leadership, you will act as the on-ground operational leader ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for members and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing a medical practice, clinic, or ambulatory care site.
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, staffing coverage, and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor clinic KPIs such as visit volume, no-show rates, and appointment cycle time; drive process improvements.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate front office and clinical support staff; coach and develop talent.
