Job summary

Colorado Urology is hiring a Site Manager to oversee daily and strategic operations across our clinics. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient services while driving growth opportunities and managing resources.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential in this onsite, M-F role with travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree in healthcare, administration, business management, or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Must be onsite at assigned clinic(s), M-F during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and development with senior leaders to align clinic goals.
• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
• Manage administrative staff and enforce policies for compliance.
• Develop and monitor the clinic budget and optimize revenue/billing processes.
• Maintain quality of care and monitor patient feedback and safety.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development; conduct performance reviews.
• Improve patient experience by coordinating care and reducing wait times.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance and prepare for audits.
