Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Clinic Administrator to lead daily clinic operations with a focus on performance, scheduling, staffing, and patient care quality across multiple sites.

The role requires 2–3 years of leadership experience, strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, and proficiency in healthcare operations, accounts receivable, and budgeting. You will partner with physicians and leadership to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• Business and/or health care management degree preferred.
• Master’s degree in business or health care management preferred.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience; experience in accounts receivable and billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll and budgeting processes.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing and office policies across clinics.
• Communicate with physicians/providers and leadership to optimize operations.
