Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure quality service and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop clinic staff; support professional growth among colleagues.
• Present problems professionally and coordinate cross-departmental solutions.
• Seek budget-friendly ideas to improve care quality within budget guidelines.
• Integrate charging/reimbursement changes into clinic operations.
• Assist with documentation audits and maintain quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and MercyOne Medical Group leadership to meet clinic goals.
• Develop and monitor clinic objectives, processes, and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Address patient concerns promptly and ensure timely follow-up.
