Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a Manager of Clinic Operations to communicate goals to clinic staff, drive patient-centered care, and improve experiences. You will advocate for your team and coordinate workforce and provider activities to meet care center objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and performance analytics, with a focus on humankindness and high-quality care across sites. This is a temporary, non-benefited position, ~4–6 months.

Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead productive teams and work with providers.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and patient billing in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with clinic information systems and general software tools (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Knowledge of HMO, PPO, and capitated risk contracts as they relate to providers and practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Care Center and Provider Site leadership to discuss and manage ongoing operations.
• Coordinate and manage the care center's financial operation budget and monitor fiscal performance.
• Provide data and analytics to support provider performance and care center goals.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance customer service and respond to patient complaints.
• Lead staff and providers to meet patient care, administrative, and operational requirements.
