Qualifications

• Three (3) years of healthcare management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead productive, engaged teams and work with providers.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and provider billing in healthcare.
• Familiarity with clinic information systems, EMR, and billing systems.
• Health insurance knowledge of HMO, PPO, and capitated contracts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Care Center and Provider Site leadership to manage operations and resolve issues.
• Manages the care center’s financial operation budget and monitors fiscal performance.
• Provides data and analytics to support provider performance and care center goals.
• Develops processes to enhance customer service and address patient complaints.
• Leads staff and providers to meet patient care, administrative, and operational goals.
