Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee the pediatrics outpatient clinics, including patient care team, front desk, records, and ancillary services. You will ensure smooth clinic operations and mentor staff to meet goals.

You will help with budgeting, monitor productivity, and support a culture of exceptional patient care in a dynamic, regulated environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential to handle tough conversations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of outpatient clinic experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes, management reports, accounting, purchasing and patient billing systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to supervise and motivate others; adapt to change and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth flow of clinic operations and assist with patient satisfaction concerns.
• Ensure staff and department deliver high-quality patient care.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline and supervise staff including evaluations.
• Assist with budget development and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency of the department.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to improve patient care.
