Responsabilités

• Leads daily activities of the department and coordinates staff schedules and assignments.
• Manages day-to-day clinic operations and workflow.
• Performs data entry and reviews daily work as needed.
• Obtains authorizations for visits, procedures, and surgeries.
• Contacts patients for diagnostic results from other sites as needed.
• Handles all payment transactions, balances at end of day, and deposits.
• Enters charges accurately and completely.
• Contacts patients to resolve payment difficulties or arrange payment plans.
• Assists patients to exam rooms and provides customer service support.
• Assists with patient care duties as needed, including transporting patients, taking vital signs, and cleaning exam rooms between patients.
• Monitors and controls clinic expenditures within budget and assists with cost reductions.
• Orders office and medical supplies as needed.
• Ensures clinic efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identifies and implements opportunities to reduce costs and improve operations.
• Coordinates resolution of administrative problems and ensures regulatory compliance.
