Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in person and via telephone in a professional, courteous manner.
• Registers patients by collecting and verifying demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Schedules appointments, tests, and referrals according to clinic protocols.
• Communicates patient messages to providers to ensure timely follow-up.
• Documents patient interactions and test results in the EMR.
• Assists in delivering patient care within the clinic setting under supervision.
• Obtains and records vital signs per clinical guidelines.
• Performs point-of-care testing under supervision and ensures quality control.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
