Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
• Proficient PC skills.
• US work authorization.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and manage a multi-disciplinary team of 15+.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and safely daily.
• Drive patient experience and outcomes metrics.
• Lead implementation of in-clinic operational initiatives and trainings.
• Coordinate scheduling and facilities coordination with other teams.
