Job summary

Oak Street Health in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead the clinic’s daily operations, uphold our patient‑centered care model, and guide a multidisciplinary team. You will supervise staff, implement in‑clinic initiatives, coordinate scheduling, and partner with the Center Medical Director to improve patient experience, clinical outcomes, and center profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Flexible hours including evenings.
• Proficient PC skills.
• US work authorization.
• Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Spanish or other languages helpful.
• Experience driving teams toward metrics.
• Experience with Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location.
• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of 15+.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and are aligned with company standards.
• Drive patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes through established metrics.
• Implement in-clinic operational initiatives and new workflows.
• Oversee patient scheduling and building-related issues with Facilities collaboration.
• Utilize proprietary software, reporting systems and EMR to monitor tasks.
