Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
  • Typically 3 years of experience in a similar medical practice setting with knowledge of physician billing and office procedures.
  • Ideal candidate will be an RN with an active WI license.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of non-physician staff to ensure productivity.
  • Oversee all functions of the medical group including reception, scheduling, patient service areas, accounting, medical records, transcription, and clinical areas; update policies as needed.
  • Schedule non-physician staff to ensure proper deployment across offices.
  • Serve as liaison between non-physician staff and physicians to ensure patient services.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with group physicians.
  • Oversee accounts payable processing and ensure timely payments.
  • Handle human resources responsibilities including coaching, performance reviews, and morale.
