Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle budgets and financial data accurately.
• Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ambulatory care operations across one or more facilities.
• Ensure care quality and compliance with PCMH, state, and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with Medical leadership to set service levels and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with payer representatives and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Lead audits and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Act as patient advocate and resolve care-related issues.
• Develop and monitor budgets and resource allocation.
• Provide ongoing staff development and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage HR, safety, risk, and staff staffing levels.
