Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations of a Medical Group clinic, ensuring efficient service, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care. You will work with physicians and leaders to implement best practices, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes staff development, cross-department collaboration, and enhancing customer service while maintaining MercyOne/Trinity Health standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, health administration, or related field.
• MercyOne leadership experience may substitute education in limited circumstances at the discretion of MercyOne Medical Group senior leadership.
• Preferred experience in a healthcare organization of comparable size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned clinic locations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Hire, train, and develop a team of employees; manage performance and growth.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and leaders to meet clinic goals and standards; manage budget.
• Monitor charging/reimbursement changes and integrate them into clinic operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinic objectives, procedures, and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Stark, etc.).
• Proactively analyze operations to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement.
• Direct, motivate, and evaluate clinic staff to meet objectives and ensure patient satisfaction.
