Exer Medical Corporation is seeking a Full Time Clinic Manager for the Greater Los Angeles Area. The Center Manager I will supervise daily clinic operations, ensure high patient satisfaction, and lead a team of healthcare professionals.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and billing oversight, with a focus on compliant, efficient operations and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years successful leadership experience in healthcare and/or retail environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to hire, train, and mentor staff; manage schedules and payroll processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and manages the clinic; may assist another clinic temporarily.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and mentors teammates; responsible for monthly clinic schedule.
• Approves daily payroll punches and monitors attendance and overtime.
• Maintains EMR records and handles billing and vendor relations.
• Leads staff meetings and daily huddles; ensures policy compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Manages budget and coordinates with regional/corporate teams.
• Promotes external relationships and community partnerships to drive traffic.
