Job summary

JWCH Institute in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Clinic Administrator for a full-time, on-site role. You will direct clinical and front office operations, oversee schedules, budgets, and reporting, and ensure high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinic setting.

Lead a diverse team, coordinate with the Director of Clinic Operations, and maintain HIPAA compliance while advancing operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and guidance to clinical and front office staff.
• Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments; monitor patient flow and accuracy of scheduling data.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and costs.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints or surveys.
• Maintain PHI in compliance with HIPAA and ensure regulatory compliance.
