Job summary

JWCH Institute, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Dental Manager to oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic and both front office and clinical teams to ensure delivery of high-quality oral health services.

The candidate will work closely with Lead Dentists, the Regional Dental Manager, and the Chief Dental Officer to meet productivity goals, train staff on NextGen/EDR modules, and maintain exceptional patient satisfaction while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Business Management coursework preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in a clinical setting is required.
• Familiarity with NextGen/EDR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Dental Care Team Huddles and log sessions.
• Model excellent customer service following AIDET principles.
• Train Front Office on business functions and dental coding tasks.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient data accuracy.
• Monitor scheduling, productivity, and staff staffing needs.
• Oversee referral processing, authorizations, and insurance interactions.
• Coordinate with Lead Dentist, CDO, and Dental Operations Manager on improvements.
• Prepare monthly schedules and oversee facility maintenance.
• Oversee dental front and back office operations and staff performance.
• Travel between sites as required.
