The role leads operational and financial activities, directs clinic staff, and partners with the Clinic Administrator to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in Los Angeles.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of healthcare management experience, and fluent Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare management.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local funding allocated for health services.
• Experience supervising staff and working with diverse populations.
• Bilingual/bi-cultural proficiency (Spanish/English) is mandatory.
• Experience within a Community Health Care Center is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, reporting tools, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinic Administrator on goals, policies and procedures.
• Promote patient-centered, cost-efficient care and supervise staff effectively.
