JWCH Institute, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Dental Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and dental administrative teams. You will lead staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and optimize scheduling and patient flow.

You will collaborate with Lead Dentists, the Chief Dental Officer, and Dental Operations Manager to deliver high-quality dental care and service excellence. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Business management coursework helpful.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 4+ years in a dental office front/back environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Dental Care Team huddles and log meetings.
• Model excellent customer service as a Wesley Health Centers representative.
• Enforce AIDET and 3 rings call rule for patient interactions.
• Train Front Office on front desk functions and billing workflows.
• Ensure Front/Back staff are proficient with NextGen modules (EPM/EDR/EHR).
• Oversee scheduling and productivity targets for dental providers.
• Coordinate new patient scheduling within two weeks of intake.
• Monitor patient registration and financial screening processes.
