Job summary

JWCH Institute, Inc is seeking a Clinic Administrator in Los Angeles to lead both clinical and front office operations. You will guide staff, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong customer service.

You will work with the Director of Clinic Operations to optimize space, budgeting, and facility expansion as the clinic grows, while fostering community engagement and a professional, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare management software.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local funding designated for health services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and guidance to clinical and front office staff.
• Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments; monitor flow and scheduling accuracy.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinic Operations to improve provider efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and PHI handling across processes.
• Organize monthly staff meetings and quarterly audits.
