The role collaborates with the Clinic Administrator to implement departmental goals, budgets, and reporting tools, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care across JWCH sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field.
• Experience leading clinic operations and staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor clinic operations and finances.
• Lead and develop clinic staff, ensuring patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with Clinic Administrator on budgets, policies, and reporting.
• Schedule providers and patients to optimize access and utilization.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with HIPAA.
