Madison Medical Affiliates, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Clinic Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. You will oversee front desk, RNs, MAs, and clinical staff, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with physicians and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and drive performance. Some travel may be required; central location is Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA) required.
• 3–5 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows, EMR systems, patient privacy, and healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to front desk staff, RNs, MAs, and other clinic staff.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic departments and coordinate admin and clinical teams.
• Maintain staffing schedules, assignments, and coverage plans.
• Monitor patient flow from registration through discharge and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, and admin staff for coordinated patient care.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
• Set performance expectations and address attendance and conduct concerns.
• Ensure ongoing staff training and regulatory compliance.
• Promote adherence to policies and quality standards across departments.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and resolve patient service issues.
