• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required or five+ years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience supervising or managing in a healthcare setting is necessary.
• Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Hire, onboard, and train employees.
• Manage staff schedules, PTO requests, and coverage.
• Oversee EMR/EHR systems training and troubleshooting.
• Address patient complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain front office operations, referrals, inventory, and billing accuracy.
