Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in the Puget Sound region seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to oversee daily operations and steer strategic directions for selected clinical service lines. You will lead and mentor clinical staff, align performance with quality metrics, and ensure patient-centered care across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and deep clinical knowledge to drive improvements, comply with regulations, and partner with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with three years' clinical experience in the same or similar specialty.
• Two years in a charge nurse/leadership or equivalent position.
• Registered Nurse licensed in WA at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR required at hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic direction for clinical service lines.
• Mentor clinical staff and monitor performance to ensure quality care.
