Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Washington State.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Clinic Manager, Medical Director and staff to set goals and provide tools to achieve them.
• Oversee nursing operations, ensure compliant quality care and patient confidentiality; promote Infection Control plans.
• Record vitals, collect patient information, anticipate needs, and ensure privacy and comfort during exams.
• Administer medications, start IVs, communicate lab results, and document in medical records.
• Supervise staff management including hiring, orientation, scheduling, and timecard approvals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and set development goals.
