Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred or substantial management experience.
• High EQ and strong communication with department leaders.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage operations, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Engage with families and communities, guiding onboarding and education.
