Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network seeks an Operations Director to lead clinic operations, schedule management, and performance across teams. You will partner with clinical staff to meet quality standards and drive growth in an on-site, full-time role.

Responsibilities include overseeing intake, hiring, and performance, plus coordinating across facilities, marketing, and vendor relations. The position emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Office Manager experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience with scheduling, HR processes, and vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinic master schedule to maximize utilization.
• Manage purchasing budget and inventory, coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee intake, forecasting, and growth opportunities for the clinic.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and staff development.
• Coordinate marketing outreach and community relationships.
• Serve as primary point of contact for scheduling changes and onboarding.
