Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead clinic operations in San Antonio. You will drive patient care quality, staff engagement, and financial oversight, cultivating a supportive environment for families and clinicians.

As a senior operator, you will oversee KPIs, budgets, and safety compliance, while growing a high-performing team across multiple sites in Texas. This role rewards leadership, growth, and impact in autism services.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High EQ and ability to communicate with families and clinicians.
• Strong, professional communication among Department Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance.
• Community Engagement: Build strong connections with families, guiding onboarding.
• Team Leadership: Attract, engage and retain 25-50 teammates; conduct evaluations and plan events.
• Clinical Outcomes: Partner with Admissions, Clinical Director and Department Leaders on operations quality.
